We use Irish Pork shoulder for our pulled pork as we find it delivers the best combination of flavour and tenderness. We apply our house Red Rock dry rub to the outer skin before smoking for 8 hours. Applying the dry rub gives a great crispy bark to the outside of the pork. All our pork is pulled by hand which ensures we get proper pulled pork rather than the shredded stuff !
This is a fully cooked product, packed in a vacuum bag and is delivered to you chilled. Just heat in conventional oven for 35 mins and serve.
